CHALLENGE To create a bold, immersive and content-rich brand experience, which positively interrupts the retail journey and puts QIC Canberra as the word on every beauty lovers lips in 2019 and beyond. It had to be a visually interactive and eye-catching space where consumers could explore and engage with 12 different experiences, those experiences could be informative, sharable or rewarding. CONCEPT Some women will say makeup makes them feel more confident; others will say they love experimenting with looks and colours as a way of expressing themselves. Empowering women to find the goddess within them. The beauty temple is a space to experiment with makeup, where women feel free to create and learn from makeup artists. “Makeup doesn’t define me, makeup complements me”. SOLUTION An inspirational and Instagrammable beauty temple activation which encourages consumers to throw traditional beauty rules out of the window and discover a beauty regime that brings out your own personal sparkle. A space adorned with pose worthy empowering memes and signage to inspire and influence. A playful parlour of brand demonstrations, self-confidence beauty talks and a visually striking place to take a break. A powerful yet approachable activation where you can get valuable beauty tips, trial wonderful products and get positive affirmations so you can look in the mirror and be proud of the face shining back at you.
